Crack Measurement System "KUMONOS"

Crack investigation in areas where scaffolding cannot be set up!

"KUMONOS" is a crack measurement system registered with NETIS that combines the Leica TS and crack scale. It enables crack investigations in areas where scaffolding cannot be set up, and can also correct for "diagonal shapes and curved shapes" using TS measurements. By digitizing crack width and shape into CAD data, it contributes to improved quality and efficiency. 【Features】 ■ Reduces scaffolding costs and allows crack investigations in areas where scaffolding cannot be set up ■ Enhances quality and efficiency by digitizing crack width and shape into CAD data ■ Predicts falls through integration with thermal imaging and 3D scanners ■ Can also correct diagonal shapes and curved shapes using TS measurements *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Crack Measurement System "KUMONOS"

3D output compatible! Crack inspection is now safer, more accurate, and faster.

"KUMONOS" is a crack measurement system that measures the width and shape of cracks from a distance, allowing for the creation of highly reproducible CAD drawings. It can measure cracks with a width of 0.3mm from 60m away, 0.2mm from 45m, and 0.1mm from 20m. Even from a distance, measurements are possible, and with the expanded application range, it enables safe and reliable crack measurement in areas where temporary scaffolding or aerial work platforms were previously necessary, or where crack surveys were difficult. [Features] ■ High-precision measurements from a distance ■ Built-in concentric crack scale in a non-prism light wave measuring device ■ Improved survey accuracy *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
